It was a black image with white text reading "IF ANYONE GUESSES THE ALBUM TITLE TONIGHT, WE WILL ANNOUNCE IT TOMORROW". On June 29, 2021, a tweet from the band was posted. Even though it got added to some Spotify and Apple Music playlist, it barely got radio play, and as a result it's not very well-known. It only got a music video and a single live performance. Follow You got a lot of promotion, getting even a speedrun video, but Cutthroat was more left behind.
